MATERIAL INFORMATION
What is platinum silicone and why is it body-safe? Platinum silicone is a top-quality, medical-grade silicone cured with a platinum catalyst. It is 100% body-safe, hypoallergenic, odorless, and does not release any harmful substances. Unlike cheap tin silicone, it contains no plasticizers or phthalates. All our toys are handcrafted from this premium material.
Are your products vegan? Yes, all our silicone toys are 100% vegan. We use only synthetic materials without any animal-derived components.
What materials do you use for your toys? We exclusively use medical-grade platinum silicone. This material is non-porous, easy to clean, durable, and completely body-safe. Each toy is hand-poured and finished in our workshop.
Are your products hypoallergenic? Yes! Platinum silicone is hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive skin. It does not trigger allergic reactions and is free of latex, phthalates, and other allergens.
Do your products contain phthalates or other harmful substances? No, absolutely not. Our toys are free of phthalates, BPA, latex, and other questionable chemicals. Body safety is our top priority.
CARE AND CLEANING
How do I clean my silicone toy properly? Clean your toy before and after each use with warm water and mild, fragrance-free soap or a special toy cleaner. Make sure to rinse all areas thoroughly and allow the toy to dry completely before storing it.
Which cleaning products can I use? Mild, fragrance-free soap or special toy cleaners are best. Avoid harsh household cleaners, alcohol, or disinfectants, as these can damage the material.
Can I boil or sterilize my toy? Yes! Platinum silicone is heat-resistant. You can sterilize your toy (without the motor/vibration) in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Alternatively, you can clean it in the dishwasher (top rack, without detergent).
How do I best store my toy? Keep your toy dry and dust-free, ideally in a cloth bag or separate container. Avoid direct contact with other silicone toys, as they can stick together. Store it in a cool, dark place.
Which lubricants are compatible with silicone? Use only water-based lubricants! Silicone-based lubricants can damage the surface of your toy. You should also avoid oils, as they can make the material porous.
SHIPPING AND DISCREET PACKAGING
How will my order be packaged? All orders are packaged in neutral, opaque boxes with no indication of the contents. Your privacy is important to us!
Is the shipping discreet? Yes, absolutely! The package only bears our neutral company name, "Sündwaren-Konditorei" (Sinful Confectionery), without any indication of the contents. The products are also described discreetly on the invoice.
What does it say on the package and the invoice? The sender is "Sündwaren-Konditorei" – that sounds like sweets, not intimate products. The product descriptions on the invoice are neutral.
How long does shipping take within Germany? Shipping within Germany usually takes 2-4 business days. Since our products are handmade, processing time may vary depending on order volume.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship within the EU. For shipping outside the EU, please contact us directly to discuss options and customs regulations.
SIZE AND PRODUCT ADVICE
How do I choose the right size? Each product has detailed measurements (length, diameter, insertable length). If you're unsure, it's best to start with a smaller size. We're happy to advise you via email if you have any questions!
Are the products suitable for beginners? Many of our products are beginner-friendly! Pay attention to the size specifications and, if in doubt, choose a slimmer model. Products with suction cups offer additional control.
What do the different hardness levels mean? We offer various hardness levels, from soft to firm. Softer silicone is more flexible and pliable, while firmer silicone offers more pressure and precision. The hardness levels are listed in the product descriptions.
Can I touch samples before buying? Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we cannot send samples. However, all dimensions and material properties are listed in detail in the product descriptions.
RETURNS AND DATA PROTECTION
Can I return sex toys? For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used intimate products. Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days. Please contact us directly if you find a product with a manufacturing defect.
How is my data protected? Your data is transmitted in encrypted form and stored in accordance with the GDPR. We do not share your data with third parties and use it exclusively for order processing. You can find further details in our privacy policy.
Who can see my order history? Only you have access to your customer account. We treat all orders with strict confidentiality.
HANDCRAFTED & UNIQUE
Why does each product look slightly different? Every toy is a handmade, unique piece! Minor color variations, air bubbles, or slight irregularities are signs of genuine handcraftsmanship and do not affect function or safety. This is what makes your toy unique.
How long does production take? Since we cast and finish each toy by hand, production can take 3-7 business days. During periods of high demand, it may take a little longer – we will inform you in good time.
Can I order custom colors? We currently offer the color options shown in our shop. For individual color requests or special orders, please contact us directly – we'll see what's possible!
